Catalina Secreteanu has extensive work experience in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainable investment. Catalina started their career at Oracle as a Partner Development Executive from August 2006 to September 2008. Catalina then worked at the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association (UKSIF) as a Programme Manager from April 2010 to June 2012, where they managed relationships with institutional investor members and developed investment analyst seminar programs. From 2012 onwards, they joined Sustainalytics and held various roles, including Senior Responsible Investment Adviser, Associate Director, Managing Director APAC, Client Relations, Executive Director Client Relations, and Global Head of Client Relations. Catalina'smost recent position at Sustainalytics is Head of ESG Product Strategy (Commercialisation), starting in January 2023. Additionally, starting from October 2021, they became a Board Member of the UK Sustainable Investment and Finance Association.
Catalina Secreteanu's education history consists of attending the University of Bucharest for a BA in Politics and Political Science. Catalina then pursued an MA in Corporate Social Responsibility at Nottingham University Business School. In 2013, they studied Risk Management in Banking and Finance at City, University of London.
