Crina-Mihaela Casalean has held various roles in their work experience. Crina - Mihaela worked at Key Safety Systems from 2000 to 2016, starting as an HR Manager and later becoming a Finance Manager. In their role as an HR Manager, they were responsible for maintaining the work structure, establishing recruiting programs, and conducting employee training. At Key Safety Systems, they provided financial management and oversight.

Since 2016, Crina-Mihaela Casalean has been employed at Morningstar Sustainalytics. Crina - Mihaela initially served as a Corporate Reporting Manager, where they focused on building a proactive and resilient reporting sub-team.
