Jean-Claude Berthelot has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Jean-Claude currently holds the position of Vice President at Sustainalytics, where they are responsible for the company's corporate solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Director at Sustainalytics, focusing on sustainable finance solutions. Before joining Sustainalytics, Berthelot worked at ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services as a Senior Sales Executive, serving the Asset Management Industry. Jean-Claude also held the role of Head of Office at ISS, managing the relocation project of the Brussels office. Additionally, Berthelot worked at MSCI Inc. as an Account Executive and at RiskMetrics Group as the European Head of Account Management and European Product Segment Manager. Jean-Claude started their career at Thomas&Betts, where they held roles as a Product Manager and Financial Controller.

Jean-Claude Berthelot earned a Masters degree in Finance and Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management between 1997 and 2002. Jean-Claude also attended WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management as an Erasmus student from 2000 to 2001. Prior to this, Berthelot completed their secondary education at the European School Of Brussels 2 from 1986 to 1997.
