Steven Fortier has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Steven is currently working as the Director of Software Development at Sustainalytics, where they are responsible for the management and growth of Aquantix within the company. Prior to this, they served as the Co-CEO and Head of Technology at Aquantix, a fast-growing tech company focused on integrating asset-level risks and opportunities into decision making. Steven also worked at Hydro-Québec as a Software Strategy Manager and participated in a rotation program, filling in for various management positions. Before that, they worked as a Consultant in Supply Chain at CIUSSS de l'Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, where they optimized the supply chain for multiple hospitals. Steven also held positions at Pharmascience, Pratt & Whitney Canada, Bombardier, Iga Supermarkets, Metro Inc., and Polyvalente Sainte-Thérère, where they gained valuable experience in leadership, project management, and operations.
Steven Fortier attended Polytechnique Montréal from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Industrial studies. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they studied Sciences at Lionel-Groulx College, specializing in the field of Pure Sciences.
