Pratheek Machaya is currently serving as the Head of Growth & Partnerships at Sustainext. Prior to this role, Pratheek worked at Valenta BPO as the Head of Franchise Recruitment for Emerging Markets and Head of Human Resources. With experience at Conlogistics India as a Project and People Manager, and Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager HR, Pratheek has a strong background in human resources and project management. Pratheek holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Amity University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Jain - Center for Management Studies.
