Chris H. has a diverse work experience in both the private and public sectors. Starting in 2015, they served as the Associate Director of Resource Integration at the Directorate for Logistics, Engineering & Force Protection. In 2016, they became the Director of Logistics, Engineering & Force Protection at Pacific Air Forces, USAF. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Commander of the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex at the Air Force Sustainment Center, AFMC. Chris then transitioned to the role of General Manager and Director at Thomas Instrument from 2020 to 2021. Chris subsequently joined Northrop Grumman as the Director of Business Strategy - Global Sustainment & Modernization from 2021 to 2022. Alongside these roles, Chris held the position of President at Falcon Fidelis Consulting, LLC, providing strategic guidance to leaders in logistics, manufacturing, and MRO companies. Currently, they serve as the President of Sustainment, a software platform connecting American machine shops with enterprise customers to establish secure domestic supply chain networks.

Chris H. has a Master of Science (MS) degree from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Chris also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the United States Air Force Academy. Additionally, they have completed an Executive Education program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
