Susanna Vain

Susanna Vain is an environmental expert with substantial experience in ESG and sustainability consulting, currently working at Sustinere since June 2021. In addition, Susanna serves as a biodiversity coordinator for the PSLifestyle project under Horizon 2020, focusing on sustainable lifestyle tools for European citizens. Previous roles include research on business and biodiversity practices with EIT Climate-KIC and interviews with agricultural producers for the Estonian Ministry of Rural Affairs. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and a Master of Science in Plant Sciences from the University of Tartu, where a Bachelor's degree in Ecology was also earned. Further experience comprises research interviewing for initiatives related to seminatural grassland management and conducting field surveys for plant species distribution in Estonia.
