Bola Bardet has been working in the professional world since 2003. Bola began their career as a Mathematics and Physics Visiting Teacher at COMPLETUDE. In 2004, they took an Internship at LCN Communications. In 2005, Bardet began working at Richemont, where they held the roles of Program Manager & Team Coordinator, Project Manager, and Business Analyst Intern. From 2014 to 2019, Bardet worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate and Fonde de Pouvoir in the AML KYC Program. In 2019, Bardet founded Susu, a digitally-enhanced full service healthcare solution for African diaspora looking to offer the best quality care to their families back home.

Bola Bardet has a diverse educational background. From 2003 to 2007, they obtained a Master in Management from INT Management. In 2010, they completed CFA Level I from CFA Institute, followed by CFA Level II in 2011 and CFA Level III in 2012. In 2017, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, an Executive Certificate in Innovation and Social Business from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and an Advanced Certificate in Innovation and Social Business from University of Cape Town. They also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI in 2013. Finally, they completed an Executive MBA from HEC Paris in 2018, as well as a Certificate in Digital Entrepreneurship from the same institution.
