Tom Lau has a strong background in chemistry and chemical development. Tom started their career at Ligand Pharmaceuticals in 2000 as a Chemist and worked there until 2005. Tom then moved to GNF where they served as a Scientist from 2005 to 2010. Tom's most recent position is with Suterra, where they have held various roles since 2010, including Chemist, Director of Chemistry and Chemical Sourcing, and currently, Director of Chemical Development and Analytical Sciences.
Tom Lau attended the University of Oregon from 1995 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) in Chemistry.
