At Sutherland, Anju is currently serving as the Chief Solutions Officer, responsible for organizational excellence and driving efficiencies through automation and digitization, contributing to revenue growth and improved service delivery. Prior to Sutherland, Anju held the position of CEO at The Skills Academy and Sr. Vice President at GENPACT, where Anju was involved in various aspects of business development, operations, and leadership. Additionally, Anju has experience as the Head of Operations at American Express. Anju is an alumna of Delhi University.
