Ashraf Ali has over a decade of experience in quality management and assurance, holding various positions within reputable companies. Starting a career at IBM as a Practitioner, Ashraf progressed through roles at Concentrix, where responsibilities included Quality Analyst and Quality Assistant Manager. Continuing to advance, Ashraf served as Assistant Manager Quality at [24]7.ai before taking on the role of Quality Manager at Sitel Group. Currently, Ashraf is the Quality Assurance Manager at Sutherland. Ashraf holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Bangalore University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
