Brijesh Krishnaraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing service excellence initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Sutherland since July 2012, Brijesh drives business, people, process, and digital initiatives in collaboration with Site Heads. Previous roles include Director at Hinduja Global Solutions Inc., AGM at Genisys Software, Senior Manager at Optimus Global Services Ltd, and Manager positions at both Sutherland Global Services and GE Capital International Services. Brijesh holds a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics from Great Lakes Institute of Management, an Advanced Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, and a Two Year Computer Application & Networking certification from NIIT Pune, alongside a B.Com in Commerce from Sree Narayana College.
