Caroline Lobo has extensive experience in training and facilitation, having worked as a Trainer and Facilitator at CollegeDekho from October 2021 to July 2023, and as a Skills Trainer at Dr Reddy's Foundation from September 2019 to October 2021. Currently, Caroline serves as a Senior Associate in new hire training at Sutherland since July 2023. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from VTU (2011 - 2019) and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship at Southern New Hampshire University. Additionally, Caroline has completed TESOL/TEFL training at the Asian College of Teachers.
