Charlene Petrie

Charlene Petrie has a diverse background in project management and customer service, with significant experience at Ingram Micro from May 2006 to March 2014 as a Business Solutions Liaison Manager specializing in transition management and as a Senior Customer Service Manager. Since September 2014, Charlene has served as a Senior Project Manager at Sutherland Global Services, focusing on the implementation of Playvox platforms globally while overseeing project plans, testing, auditing, and risk mitigation. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, earned between 1988 and 1992.
