Dimitar Galabov

Dimitar Galabov is the Country Head at Sutherland and has over 20 years of experience in business development and management of customer service centers and outsourced services. They have held various leadership positions at international companies, including roles as Head of Logistics and Head of Shared Services at Sensata Technologies, as well as Senior Head of Operations at HCLTech. Dimitar has been instrumental in scaling Sutherland’s operations in Bulgaria since 2015, focusing on service excellence and strong team alignment. They hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University for National & World Economy and an EMBA from the American University in Bulgaria.
