Jay Naillon

Jay Naillon currently serves as the Vice President and Global Head of Solutions for Sutherland's Communications, Media, and Entertainment vertical, focusing on AI-enabled operations and network automation. With over 27 years at T-Mobile, Naillon held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Network Engineering & Operations, where responsibilities encompassed major incident management, crisis management, and national emergency management. Naillon’s past positions include roles in national operations planning, management of regional network engineering, and a foundation in field operations as a technician at AT&T Wireless Communications. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Involvement with community organizations includes service on the Board of Directors for the Issaquah Food & Clothing Bank and Leadership Tomorrow.
