Jonathan Hostetter

Jonathan Hostetter has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Manager for the Talent Acquisition - Taleo Admin Team at Sutherland since October 2013. In this role, Jonathan recruits and manages an international team of Taleo system administrators, led key implementations of Taleo Enterprise Edition, and streamlined 19 regional processes into a single global process to optimize the use of the Taleo application. As a Subject Matter Expert focused on Platforms & Partnerships, Jonathan assesses vendor performance to align with global recruiting needs. Jonathan also possesses a background in managing employee referral programs and served as a Student Assistant in various roles at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Industrial Technology and Project Management. Prior education includes attendance at Greece Athena High School.
