Joviel Javier

Ma. Joviel Javier is an experienced professional in training, transitions, and project management, currently serving as the Director of Knowledge Management at Sutherland since 2022. With a robust background in the travel and telecommunications sectors, they have held significant roles such as Senior Group Manager and AVP of Training at WNS from 2017 to 2021, and Learning and Development Manager at TeleTech from 2008 to 2013. Ma. Joviel began their career as an intern at the Philippine Eagle Foundation in 2005 and has accumulated extensive expertise in team leadership, training, and technology throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines in 2006.
