Lars S. is a seasoned training professional currently serving as the Global Training Director at Sutherland. With extensive experience in training and quality management across multiple organizations, Lars previously held leadership roles at Teleperformance Philippines and Convey Health Solutions where they oversaw operational training and quality for both US and Philippine teams.
