Matt Wilson, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Associate Vice President at Sutherland since October 2005. Wilson has progressed through various roles, including Director of HR Operations, Sr. Manager of HR Transformation, Project Manager focused on HR Transformation, and Recruitment Process Specialist. Prior to Sutherland, Wilson worked in Human Resources at Bon Ton Stores, Inc. from 2003 to 2005.
