Melanie Wheeler

Melanie Wheeler currently serves as the Head of Internal Communication at Sutherland, where responsibilities include overseeing the people communication strategy in a process transformation context. With previous experience as Employee Engagement Director for EMEA at Xchanging, Melanie managed teams and reported directly to the Global HR Director and CEO. Earlier roles included Project Manager focused on internal change programs and various positions in account and recruitment management, as well as sales consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Internal Communication from Solent University and a Management Diploma from The Open University.
