Michael Proctor

Michael Proctor is currently the Director of Account Management at Sutherland, where they lead strategic performance and financial initiatives. They previously served in various managerial roles at Sutherland, including Director of Organizational Excellence, where they drove performance and process improvements across the Philippines. Michael also held the position of Country Manager of Philippine Vendor Operations at Dish Network, managing crucial metrics and vendor relationships. Their early career includes service as an Admin Specialist in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 2003.
