Muhammad Hussein

Muhammad Hussein is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, psychology, and customer service. As a self-employed English language tutor from September 2016 to May 2019, Muhammad focused on primary and preparatory grades. Following this, Muhammad transitioned to psychological consulting in January 2019, offering private sessions and guidance based on studies at Yale University, where a degree in Psychology was earned. Muhammad has also worked in content auditing at Talabat from February 2020 to July 2023 and as a customer services agent at Raya Contact Center in 2019. Additionally, experience as a general translator, specializing in English, Arabic, and French, was gained from June 2015 to May 2019. Currently, Muhammad serves as a technical support expert at Sutherland since July 2023. Muhammad holds a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Education and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
