Nikhitha Jagadeesh

Nikhitha Jagadeesh is currently the Lead - HR at Sutherland Global Services, where they focus on new hire engagement, policy refreshers, and attrition management for over 21,000 employees. Previously, Nikhitha served as a Management Trainee Business HR at Sutherland, concentrating on improving task accuracy through the "Do it Right the First Time" project. Nikhitha also completed a Human Resources internship at Applexus Technologies, working on the effectiveness of the onboarding and learning and development programs. They hold a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from SCMS School of Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Application from the University of Kerala.
