Nonette Ngayan has extensive experience in human resources, beginning as a University Research Associate at the University of the Philippines from March 2000 to March 2006. Following this, Nonette worked as an HR Specialist at Convergys from March 2006 to August 2007. Nonette then served as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Sutherland Global Services from August 2007 to December 2014 and later held the same title at TELUS International Philippines from March 2015 to April 2017, specializing in compensation, benefits, and HR systems. Lastly, Nonette was a Senior Manager of Total Rewards and subsequently promoted to Director of Total Rewards at Sutherland from April 2017 to October 2018.
