Currently serving as Sr. Director of Marketing at Sutherland since February 2025, Payal previously held the position of Marketing Director at LTIMindtree and Global Marketing Lead at Capgemini Invent. With a strong focus on Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and demand generation, Payal has excelled in segment marketing and account-based strategies at notable organizations such as Tech Mahindra and Wipro. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with a Senior Management Programme in Business Administration, Payal also holds an MBA in Marketing from Acharya Institute of Management and Science.
