Ranjan Mustafi

Ranjan Mustafi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global shared services and operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Sutherland since April 2016, Ranjan leads multi-functional global Shared Services, emphasizing innovation through digitization and process transformation. Previously, Ranjan held senior roles at WNS Global Services, where responsibilities included account management and operations, and Adani Group, where Ranjan established a Shared Service Center for Finance and HR. Ranjan's career also includes significant positions at Genpact and Infosys Technologies, with a foundation in financial analysis from GE. Ranjan holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jadavpur University, complemented by a recent specialization in Data Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
