Sharawan Rai

Sharawan Rai currently serves as the Director of WFM Services at Sutherland, a position held since July 2025, focusing on WFM as a Services Leadership. Prior to this role, Rai was the GCC WaaS Lead at Concentrix, managing a team of over 40 resources, and held the title of Assistant Vice President and Senior Manager for Workforce Management at Genpact. Additional experience includes managing Workforce Management at HGS, serving as an Assistant Manager at Optum Global Solutions and FIS, and working as a Process Advisor at Barclays. Early career experience at Genpact involved being a Process Associate, where Sharawan first engaged with Workforce Management as a part-time Real Time Analyst. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Business Statistics from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from The Global Open University Nagaland.
