Simone McLean

Simone McLean is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Sutherland since October 2013, Simone is involved in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, assists with policy development, and conducts New Hire Orientation. Prior to Sutherland, Simone held the position of Human Resources Supervisor at Xerox from 2008 to 2013, overseeing HR operations for the Kingston region.
