Steve Clements

Steve Clements is a strategic operations leader with a successful record of implementing new business while transforming and growing existing accounts. They joined Sutherland in 2004, where they currently serve as Vice President and Global Head of Insurance Service Delivery, optimizing performance through digital transformation solutions. Prior to this, Clements held leadership roles at The Capital Group, Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, CIGNA, and ACE Group of Companies, focusing on training, quality assurance, and customer service. Clements is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at the University of Connecticut.
