Utkarsh Tiwari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and learning development, specializing in voice, accent, grammar, and soft skills. Beginning a career at Convergys as a Universal Trainer from August 2005 to June 2012, Utkarsh developed expertise in accelerated learning. A transition to Vinsys Pvt Ltd as a Freelance Voice & Accent Trainer followed, focusing on new hire and continuing education training. At Tata Consultancy Services, Utkarsh held roles as Sr. Communication Trainer and subsequently Global Training Manager, where responsibilities included aligning training with business needs, performance evaluations, and enhancing communication strategies.
