Venton Brown

Venton Brown, SPHR, MSc.HRM, is the AVP of Corporate Human Resources at Sutherland Global, where they draw on 19 years of experience in the HR field. Previously, they served as Director of Human Resources at J. Wray & Nephew and held the position of Human Resources Manager at Nestle Jamaica and the Agriculture Division of the West Indies Alumina Company. Venton has also contributed to education as Board Chairman at Charlemont High School. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and are a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
