Christina Susanto

Christina Susanto has an extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property and corporate law. Christina is currently working as the Director of Intellectual Property and Corporate Counsel at Sutro Biopharma, Inc. Christina'srole at the company started in 2021. Prior to their current position, Christina worked at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati for six years, from 2016 to 2021, as an Associate specializing in patents and innovation. Before that, they gained experience as a Summer Associate at the same company in 2015. Christina also worked as a Research Contracts Intern at Genentech in 2014. Additionally, they held positions as a QC Analytical Chemist II at Luitpold Pharmaceuticals from 2012 to 2013, and as an R&D Analytical Chemist I at Contract Pharmacal Corp from 2010 to 2012.

Christina Susanto began their education in 2005 at Stony Brook University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry and English in 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemistry at Stony Brook University from 2009 to 2010.

In 2013, Christina enrolled at Santa Clara University School of Law and completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Intellectual Property Law in 2016.

Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a certification as a Patent Attorney from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
