Andrew B. Smith

Andrew B. Smith, FACHE, currently serves as Vice President of Patient Access at Sutter Health, focusing on system strategy for scheduling and referral navigation. Prior to this role, Andrew held multiple positions at Baylor Scott & White Health, including Customer Journey Lead and Vice President of Access Services, where efforts centered on enhancing patient access and optimizing scheduling experiences. Andrew has also led operations for HealthTexas Provider Network, overseeing 25 clinic sites, and has a strong educational background with a Master’s in Health Administration and a Bachelor’s in Health Informatics from Saint Louis University.
