David Dojcsak-Sparks, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME). Currently serving as the Market Director of GME at Sutter Health since May 2024, David leads strategic initiatives for physician training programs across the Bay Area. Previously, David held the position of Senior Manager of Policy and Compliance at the National Resident Matching Program from July 2021 to April 2024, overseeing case management and policy enforcement. With a strong foundation in GME from various leadership roles at HCA Healthcare and Florida Hospital, David has successfully managed multiple accredited residency and fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. David holds an MBA in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
