Jean Minton

Jean Minton is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Vice President and Executive for the Sutter System Neuroscience Service Line at Sutter Health since November 2017. Minton's prior roles at Sutter Health include Assistant Administrator of Surgical Services at Sutter Roseville Medical Center and various leadership positions focused on strategic development and neurology services from March 2011 to June 2016. A sabbatical in Italy from July 2016 to September 2017 involved writing a non-fiction book about families adopting from the US Foster Care System, learning Italian, and achieving one million vertical feet of outdoor activities. Minton's career also includes roles at Adopt A Special Kid as a volunteer board member, UCSF, John Muir Health, the Peace Corps, and UnitedHealth Group. Minton holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Psychology, Spanish, and Markets and Management from Duke University.
