Jennifer Susnara

Jennifer Susnara is an experienced executive in the field of benefits management, currently serving as Executive Director of Benefits and Executive Director of SutterSelect at Sutter Health since February 2017. In this role, Jennifer leads the strategy, compliance, and administration of health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, and compensation programs for 22,000 employees across 17 states. Prior to this position, Jennifer held various senior management roles at 24 Hour Fitness from 2006 to 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing benefits and corporate human potential. Additional experience includes positions at County of Sacramento and Raley's, focusing on benefits analysis, compliance, and program implementation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Business/HR Management from California State University-Sacramento.
