Tara Seshan

Tara Seshan is an experienced product leader currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Sutter Hill Ventures since April 2024. Previously, Tara led product efforts at Watershed from November 2021 to August 2023, where accomplishments included the launch of innovative tools for carbon reduction, recognized by TIME. Tara's tenure at Stripe from January 2015 to November 2021 involved roles as Business Lead for Stripe Treasury and Head of Product for Stripe Billing, where significant contributions included developing a robust suite of products and launching Stripe Radar, a machine learning-based fraud prevention tool. Early career experiences include product development at Better. and participation as a Thiel Fellow. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
