Tasha Schoenstein, PhD, currently serves in a research role at Sutter Hill Ventures, a prominent venture capital firm, since July 2022. Previously, Tasha completed a four-year independent research study as a Doctoral Researcher at Harvard University, resulting in a book-length manuscript on the history of computing, mathematics, and engineering in the twentieth century. Tasha held several positions at Harvard, including Pedagogy Fellow, where engagement with faculty and staff aimed to enhance support for teaching fellows, and Teaching Fellow, facilitating discussions in various undergraduate courses. Prior experience includes roles as a Lab Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on mathematics for computer science. Tasha holds a PhD and MS from Harvard University and a BS in Mathematics with Computer Science from MIT, along with a minor in Chinese.
