Francesco Cristiano

Francesco Cristiano is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal affairs and human resources. Currently serving as the Legal Affairs & HR Director at Sutter since January 2017, Francesco has been integral in the development of compliance models and the negotiation of complex contracts for the Group. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel at 3V SIGMA S.p.a., where responsibilities encompassed contract management and dispute resolution, and associate positions at PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH and Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legale, focusing on international contracts and corporate law. Francesco began a legal career as a trainee lawyer at DLA Piper, specializing in corporate law and compliance. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a law degree from Università Bocconi.
