Aileen Hamilton

Aileen Hamilton is an accomplished jewellery designer and educator with extensive experience in the industry. Since August 2012, Aileen has operated a creative jewellery workshop, offering bespoke jewellery making classes in a small and intimate setting. Aileen also serves as a jewellery tutor at Sutton College of Learning for Adults since 1983, where Aileen nurtures students of varying abilities in jewellery and silversmithing. Previously, Aileen managed Alligator Pear, a gift shop recognized as Gift Shop of the Year runner-up in 2008, overseeing daily operations and staff management. Aileen's career in management also includes a role as Design Manager and Curator at The Grace Barrand Design Centre from 1996 to 2008, where Aileen managed various aspects of the centre's operations. Aileen holds a Master's degree in Jewellery from the Royal College of Art and a Surrey Diploma in Jewellery Making from Epsom School of Art.
