Richard Robb (Dick)

Richard (Dick) Robb has extensive experience in commercial real estate and municipal planning. Currently serving as a Sales & Leasing Representative at Sutton Real Estate Company LLC since 2012, Richard utilizes expertise in municipal planning, development, and right-to-build to assist clients in navigating complex transactions. Prior to this role, Richard was the Commissioner of Development and Operations for the Town of DeWitt from 1990 to 2011, where responsibilities included directing staff and advising various boards on long-range planning and property management. Richard holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning and Design from the University of Cincinnati.
