Antero Nousiainen

Antero Nousiainen is a skilled Senior Embedded Software Engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing embedded systems. Currently employed at Suunto since November 2019, Antero spearheads the development of dive computers using embedded C/C++ and TDD, while also fulfilling the role of Scrum Master. Prior to Suunto, Antero served as a Senior Design Engineer at Schneider Electric Fire & Security Oy, focusing on Linux-based fire detection systems, and as a Senior Tools Programmer at RedLynx, a Ubisoft Studio, where feature development was key. Antero's career includes notable contributions at Nokia Networks in both R&D and functional testing roles, enhancing software performance and feature implementation. Antero holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology from Helsingin Ammattikorkeakoulu Stadia and a high school degree with a focus on Visual and Performing Arts from Viherlaakson Lukio.
