Harri Mölsä has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. From 2016 to the present, they have held various roles at Suunto, including Head of Strategic Sourcing, Head of Sourcing & Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing Manager. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2015, they were a Senior Cost Manager at Microsoft, responsible for managing product cost and improving cost competitiveness. Before that, from 1997 to 2014, Mölsä worked at Nokia in roles such as Senior Cost Manager, Director of Cost Management, Senior Business Controller, Global Commodity Manager, and Purchasing Manager. Harri'sresponsibilities included product cost optimization, cost target setting, cost opportunity identification, and driving supplier cost assessments. Harri also contributed to cost management projects and was a team member for the implementation of a material management module in SAP R/3.

Harri Mölsä obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics, from the Helsinki University of Applied Sciences. This occurred between 1989 and 1992. In addition, they also completed a Diploma of Global Sourcing from the Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2015-2016.
