Anita Chuang

Anita Chuang has a wealth of experience in a variety of roles. Anita has been in the workforce since 2001. In that time, they have worked as an R&D Engineer at OmniSonics Medical Technologies, a VA/VE Engineer at Autoliv, a Photographer at Anita JC Photography, and most recently as an Asia Regional Director and Product Manager and China Strategy and Development at Suvie. At OmniSonics, they developed a new medical device involving an ultrasonic wire to treat thrombosis and invented and tested designs to increase visibility of wire tip during clinical trial phase. At Autoliv, they initiated and implemented design changes to add value and reduce costs for seatbelts systems and coordinated interdepartmental VA/VE workshops. At Anita JC Photography, they were a photographer for portrait, event, and commercial work and managed all aspects of the business including financials, marketing, strategy and website.

Anita Chuang earned a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1999, followed by a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the same institution in 2001.
