Christine Heistand began their career in 2012 as a Captain in the United States Air Force. In 2018, they began working as a Line Cook at True Food Kitchen and as a Freelance Developer. In 2020, they became a Recipe Developer at Suvie.

Christine Heistand attended the Institute of Culinary Education in 2018 for Culinary Arts/Chef Training. Christine then attended American Military University from 2014 to 2016, earning a Master of Arts - MA in Military Intelligence, General. Lastly, they attended the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2011 for Criminology.
