Mela Drakatos

Mela Drakatos, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources executive currently serving as Chief People Officer at Suvoda since December 2024 and a member of Chief since March 2021, focusing on empowering senior women leaders. Previously, Mela held the position of SVP of People at NoRedInk from October 2022 to December 2024 and Chief Talent Officer at Suvoda from September 2017 to July 2022, where significant team growth occurred.
