Parag Sawant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as General Manager of Global Learning & Development at Suzlon Energy Ltd since August 2008, Parag leads initiatives in this domain. Prior to this role, Parag worked at Tata Power Company Ltd in Mumbai from October 2000 to August 2008 as Senior Executive ETD, overseeing the comprehensive L&D process. Parag completed schooling at Robert Money Technical High School from 1970 to 1979.
