Neil Chester currently serves as the National After Sales Manager for Suzuki GB PLC, focusing on optimizing the sale of Suzuki Genuine Parts while enhancing customer retention and experience. Prior to this role, Neil managed the Porsche Business Excellence Programme at Porsche Cars GB Ltd, improving customer experience and dealer profitability through various projects. Neil's experience includes strategic development of the Aftersales business at Volvo Construction Equipment and extensive roles at Volvo Car (UK) Ltd, where responsibilities spanned regional customer service management, aftersales training, and implementation of customer-focused processes. Neil began a career in the automotive industry as a Senior Service Advisor at Snows Motor Group after completing an apprenticeship and holds an HND in Mechanical & Production Engineering and an NLP Practitioner certification.
