Katy Emerson brings over 15 years of experience in sales, client services and account management in her role as Suzy’s SVP of Client Success—with brands ranging from MARS and PepsiCo to Mintel and Capital One. Katy helps drive our success through her deep knowledge and expertise in customer insights, integrated marketing, digital media, marketing strategy, and digital marketing.

Throughout her career as an executive sales director, Katy has helped expand entire portfolios, generated millions in revenue, and won market shares for brands across a wide variety of industry verticals—including CPG, beauty, personal care and more.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Iowa and a first-rate track record as an executive sales director, Katy is more than up to our task of enabling human understanding for our client enterprises.
